Arrogance! I arranged for my friend to drive an M3 on a Saturday with this guy's assistant. He then proceeded to tell them that they don't just let anyone drive the M3 and that especially high school kids come in to drive the car. He belittled to make them feel inadequate to drive the car. Now they are in their mid thirties, he is an architect and she is a corporate attorney. They are hardly inadequate or incapable. This experience sent them right to the Infiniti dealership where they bought a G35. Unfortunately the arrogance displayed by the dealers translates to the product, which is a grave injustice to the manufacturer and the product itself. If anyone is going to buy a BMW, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! More
