Took my 2024 BMW 8 Series in for standard service and had a very disappointing experience. They tried to upsell my wife $1,000 for unnecessary services (AC cleaning, coolant flush, and fuel injection cleanin a very disappointing experience. They tried to upsell my wife $1,000 for unnecessary services (AC cleaning, coolant flush, and fuel injection cleaning) that are not part of BMW’s official maintenance schedule. When I called to question this, I was told we have the “lowest plan” (though a higher plan wouldn’t cover these either) and that declining the services could risk engine coverage if the car fails — which feels like scare tactics. On top of that, my wife picked up the car with low tire pressure and was argued with instead of helped. When I called back, the service advisor hung up on me and later claimed I was “upset from the beginning,” which was not true — I was simply asking why my wife was pressured to pay $1,000 for routine service. Overall, the experience felt more like extortion and upselling than BMW-level customer care. More
I bought a brand new BMW from them with BMW Ultimate Care+ 4 (7 years / 125,000 miles). I brought car in for regular service below both years and miles. On Sunday, I went to view a BMW there as I was looking to replace my Range Rover. They started out friendly until they found out I was from out of town. So they immediately told me they couldn't make a deal with me without knowing what I wanted to do and didn't show me the car as I have told multiple people online. Every dealership there accommodated me with no problem even if I wasn't purchasing that day. Even a different BMW dealership showed me their car cause I'm really interested in BMW. It could be borderline racism there as I am black. You can make the call on that one. More

However, Donte, a member of the sales team, stepped in and handled everything with such professionalism and efficiency. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed and that everything was sorted out quickly. Thanks to Donte's dedication and the team's effort, I'm now enjoying my amazing new iX. It's dealerships like Irvine BMW and people like Donte that make car buying experiences delightful and stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a BMW! More

However, the worst part was I wanted to see the iX which he said he'll show us outside and he'll meet us there. Once we got there I asked him if he an open the car for us to look and he says he doesn't have the keys. Doesnt make any effort to go get them just shrugs. I asked again if we could take a look inside and he goes in and remotely opens the car. We take a look inside and want to talk to him about test driving it but HE NEVER RETURNS. We sit in the car for 10-15 minutes and then just end up walking out and leaving. Very poor service and we felt like Ben didn't take us seriously. Maybe because we look younger? But doesn't mean we should be treated like we aren't serious customers. Will not be coming here again. More
