I was very happy with the service I received at Irvine Subaru. They explained what was going to be performed and the cost. I was given updates on progress. When the service technician discovered that the filters were dirty and needed replacement the Service representative notified me of this discovery and advised to the cost prior to proceeding. I approved this additional work. I did not receive any pressure to perform any work. The Service representative did explain work that needs to be performed and gave me a quote on this work. I explained this was not a good time for me financially and he did not give me any pressure to proceed at this time. Only one thing I did notice, it appears that the pre-set seat setting feature had been deleted. More
