After the head unit for the GPS was replaced it did not work, they forgot to put in the chip!! That suggests to me the tech did not check to see if the new GPS was working. Than the Sirius XM did not work work, they forgot to put in the chip!! That suggests to me the tech did not check to see if the new GPS was working. Than the Sirius XM did not work and a tech came to the car and talked to Sirius XM person and said the signal was resent and in 15 minutes it would work and all my preset stations would return. I left the dealership since I had been there four hours. That did not work. The clock went to military time and the passenger window could not be lowered etc from the driver side button. All these problems should have been corrected on my first visit. It took three visits and phone conversations to get all these system's to work. I asked them to not wash the car and they washed the car. It should have been done on the first visit. My son and I have cars from this dealership and every time we have work done they get us confused even thought we tell the service dept. not to confuse us. Came in for 60 thousand mile checkup which was a bundled price and I could have saved if I was able to put in certain parts myself. The clock was not correct and I had to come in a day later to have the p price and I could have saved if I was able to put in certain parts myself. The clock was not correct and I had to come in a day later to have the proper time and year. The Crosstrek is not an easy model to change the time. After driving the car, one of the tire sensors malfunctioned but it was replaced without a charge which was a nice gesture since I had replaced all the tires. Personally, I think I should have gotten a coupon to save a bit since I was told by another mechanic that I probably spent 20 or thirty percent more by going to a Subaru dealer. More

It’s always a pleasure to do business with Irvine Subaru. Check in goes quickly and the techs are friendly and courteous. Service is great and the free car wash is a nice bonus! This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Knowledge and helpful, no sales pressure, went out of their way to give me great savings. Customer service was wonderful ( shout out to T dealership. Knowledge and helpful, no sales pressure, went out of their way to give me great savings.
