My experience at Frank's Subaru was absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership, not just the day I purchased it as that was amazing, but the first time I came I was fortunate to have experience I've ever had at a car dealership, not just the day I purchased it as that was amazing, but the first time I came I was fortunate to have met Steven Daniels. He was so kind and so helpful even though I told him I wasn't buying a car that day. I had just started my shopping around to figure out what I wanted. He took a good amount of time with me and explained all the differences of each model that I was interested in. I am a senior citizen with a few special needs and he treated me with kindness and dignity which was so appreciated. I continued on to other dealerships and what I experienced in others was so not the same which was a big reason I decided on the Subaru Crosstek. I came back several days later to purchase the car I thought I was going to need to order, and to my great surprise the car I wanted had come in the night before. I had called Steven earlier that day to make sure he was available and when I got there he managed to get the car unloaded and surprised me with it. There were many other things that he went the extra mile to help ensure I was comfortable and completely happy with everything. I thought I was going for a Toyota but I couldn't get passed my experience with your dealership and especially Steven Daniels. I'm now a proud Subaru owner. More
