The service department has in my opinon done an exceptional job both on routine maintenance and maintenance outside of warranty work ie. broken windshield and broken wire harness. Glad that Rafael offered the option of leaving my car at the shop. He addressed my concern of jumpstarting again if I took it home, and I was provided a loaner for the weekend.
