My daughter came in for only an oil change and then ended up paying $183. Other things were added to the service without her fully knowing. I was interested in trading in my 2021 Outback for a 2024, based on an email offer from Subaru. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I got great service from a team of staff that walked me th 2024, based on an email offer from Subaru. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I got great service from a team of staff that walked me through the process openly and transparently. Within a few hours, I got a fair trade-in deal, and drove off the lot with my new 2024 Outback. I chose to trade into an Onyx model, which is one level below the Limited that I had, to keep the payments down. I felt like it was a better fit for me anyway. No one tried to upsell me to a more expensive model or steer me in any way except for what I wanted. The staff were very friendly and authentic. It is a family run dealership, who seems confident enough in their product to let it speak for itself, without needing to pressure anyone into a purchase. I highly recommend Irvine Subaru. I worked with Daniel, Erika, Frank, and Desiree. More
