I highly NOT recommend anybody go to this dealership for service. I used to go there all the time for two Subarus that I have And today was my last time EVER . When I went there six months ago with 60,000 m service. I used to go there all the time for two Subarus that I have And today was my last time EVER . When I went there six months ago with 60,000 mile on my car , they told me I need to get total brake job and at that time( I totally ignore it because I knew they are not right) they told me my front pad is 5 mm and my back brake pad is 3 mm. Today With 70,000 mile (10000 mile more) they told me that my front brake pad is 8 mm and my back brake pad is 5 mm. I was very surprised because I never change my brake pad since last time I serviced my car But sure enough, they made the mistake. I had them to recheck my brake pad and sure enough they were wrong. I had 4mm for front and 2 mm on back . How could a customer trust this place when they are not accurate at all about such a sensitive things for the car. Today was my last time ever there, and I highly NOT recommend Frank's Irvine Subaru! More
