i found the the whole process frustrating and disappointing. while trying to make an appointment i asked for the 30k service as per the manual but was given a "package" that included loads of stu disappointing. while trying to make an appointment i asked for the 30k service as per the manual but was given a "package" that included loads of stuff not in the manual. When i tried to explained to rep on phone she did not understand what I meant , was clearly not knowledgeable about service, and i had to send a picture of what manual recommends she eventually checked with somebody and came back with what i requested. When i asked to speak to a service rep i was pushed off that idea. I did make an appoiintment, and waited, but it took 3 .5 hours to do a basic service and brake fluid change. I also said that after a rain when i open the front doors water drips on my feet so something was not draining properly- they said they found nothing wrong. I purchased my car here and when i asked about Costco discounts for service which was a factor in purchasing here, they said not longer in effect and would not honor it. nuff said More

I was very pleased with the service on my vehicle this week. There was a recall that had to be done and also a regular service/oil change.
