This service was related to the warranty on my tires. I appreciated that Sebastian gave the go ahead for Laura to call the MFG about the warranty. They don't usually do this apparently. Unfortunately there was no proration for the tires, and I'm not happy with Yokohama but I was happy that Laura made the effort and got all the info on my tires to communicate with the MFG. I was going to buy more tires but decided to let these tires ride until the front tires (one is a newer tire) get a little more wear on them. I still have 7 and 4 on the front. The back tires are a 3. More
Sam was extremely helpful. She kept us up to date on the progress of our vehicle. Although we had a major service to be completed they were able to get us in and out promptly. Good, but not as good as before. Brake work was very pricey, took hours, and for some reason my sensors for lane assist, passing traffic and collision were turned off by the mechanic Brake work was very pricey, took hours, and for some reason my sensors for lane assist, passing traffic and collision were turned off by the mechanic and not turned back on when I received my car back. Further, the buttons for the latter were extremely difficult to re-engage, as if they were damaged in some way. But the rep who processes my car and rang me up was friendly and helpful. More
Everyone was courteous and professional that I dealt with. Unfortunately, Subaru is aware of a defect in the 2019 Outback model cover over the computer command center and has not taken steps to replace with. Unfortunately, Subaru is aware of a defect in the 2019 Outback model cover over the computer command center and has not taken steps to replace the issue of the delaminating cover, especially at no cost to the consumer. Not this dealerships issue, but a Subaru issue. To not have replacement parts available is not good consumer service. More
