I originally had my brakes serviced in October/Nov and I was given off market brakes because they did not have Subaru brake pads. They were supposed to order them since I prepaid for them. I had to call why was given off market brakes because they did not have Subaru brake pads. They were supposed to order them since I prepaid for them. I had to call why no one contacted me. I was told they forgot to order them , Subsequently they were ordered but the order was cancelled because I had cancelled another item which was ordered together. I find it hard to believe that Subaru did not these in stock until I had them ordered. This was very bad service in getting the parts even though I had prepaid for the brake pads. More

She gives a fair price and is super efficient in getting the new vehicle paperwork processed. I was in and out in less than an hour. I must give a shout-out to Erika, who helped us with our new car set-up. She is an absolute gem. Knowledgeable, personable, and such a pleasure to deal with. I think this is now my fifth Subaru from Irvine Subaru. And I will definitely be back for the sixth. We moved from California to Arizona a few years ago, and this is our second car from Irvine Subaru after the move--it is well worth the 6-hour drive each way knowing that I will be treated fairly and respectfully at Irvine Subaru.
