Nobody's perfect, but an occasional glitch is made right. I brought my Sonata in for a 30K service and mentioned that on my earlier service I had requested a 4 wheel alignment with tire rotation AND balancing I brought my Sonata in for a 30K service and mentioned that on my earlier service I had requested a 4 wheel alignment with tire rotation AND balancing. Subsequently I experienced vibrations at certain speeds and the service department suggested that perhaps one tire was out of round and would eventually correct after driving enough miles. I was told that if it seemed serious to bring it back. I lived with the situation until I happened to drive on a newly paved highway and immediatey felt vibrations even at moderately low speed. I suspected that since rotation does not normally warrant balancing, perhaps the technician failed to properly balance my tires. I learned that the technician who had done the alignment and rotation had "moved on". My tires were promptly rotated AND balanced at no charge. I have come to know and trust the knowledge and integrity of my service adviser, Bob Cote and the whole IRWIN team, so I knew the problem would be resolved. I have great confidence in this dealership which deserves the excellent reputation of all the IRWIN dealerships for sales, service and community relations. WELL DONE ... as usual. More
