5 Star Experience I normally shy away from reviews but after the experience that I had with Irwin Hyundai and it's staff I had to reply.Having been through this process I normally shy away from reviews but after the experience that I had with Irwin Hyundai and it's staff I had to reply.Having been through this process many times before and the numerous dealerships that I have dealt with over 35 years, Irwin Hyundai is by far the best. Scott Cote and Tim Snow with sales were very professional but also very down to earth. It was like hanging out with a couple of your best friends! Scott Chavanelle in finance, also very down to earth, explained everything fully so that I completely understood all that was being offered.(but not pressured into.) Seeing that I live 1 1/2 hours away, Steve Frateschi in internet sales answered any questions that I had prior to and during my vehicle search. Obviously there were numerous dealerships closer (including 4 Hyundai dealers) but I had my eye set on the Santa Fe and nobody could come close to price and treatment of customers. Chris Irwin should be proud of the staff that he has at Irwin Hyundai! I know a lot of customers say that they will return but they definitely have my return promise! More

The dealer provided them on wheels, mounted and balanced. The wheels came at a give-away price, and the tires were very reasonably priced. The original front wheels and tires were wrapped in plastic and placed in the trunk of my new car. A very good deal. More
