Shamus gave me a very competitive online price and responded to my initial inquiries quickly and honestly. From there, Kevin was a huge help. He stayed late so that I could take a test drive and start my paperwork, understanding that I drove an hour and a half to get there. He was very low-pressure right from the beginning and honestly answered all my questions. Kevin continued to be a good sport even after I barraged him with emails the following day and requested a higher trade in value. When I returned to purchase my Santa Fe everything was ready to go and the paperwork matched up perfectly with what we had discussed. Kevin and Scott had me in and out in less than an hour.
