John & Adham "LISTENED" to what our needs were and did not push or try to change what we knew we could not do. They were respectful and engaged in who we were personally. We came in just looking and ended up staying late without us even realizing what time it was. Time after time we noticed that Adham was "in tune" to what we wanted and what we could do and he continued to work with us within that boundry. We have purchase cars from you and the past, our F150 was purchased from Irwins and we will continue to do business with Irwins. We will have no problem referring friends and family to you. The only thing I would say negatively is that the Recon of the car maybe could have been better. It is a cream colored interior so maybe the stains we are seeing could not be removed but the sand in the seats could have been cleaned up better. Adham scheduled our first appointment for an oil change when we picked up the car. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Adham and John. While this is only a used vehicle, to us it is still a big deal. We felt assured about what we were doing and are happy with the end results.
