Last year (2013) my husband and I stopped in at Irwin Hyundai to get an oil change and we decided to test drive a 2-13 Santa Fe while we were waiting. We currently owned a 2003 Santa Fe and knew we would eventually want to replace it with a new Santa Fe. We met with Joe Collie at that time to test drive a 2013 Santa Fe even though we were not in a position to buy a new vehicle at that time. We liked Joe so much that when we started looking to buy a new 2014 vehicle, we specifically asked for Joe at Irwin Hyundai because of his customer service skills and great personality. We could have gone to any Hyundai dealership to purchase our vehicle but having a great sales representative like Joe made the decision for us to purchase from Irwin. Frank was the best salesman I have dealt with, when i got there he knew what I was looking for after not speaking in almost a month. Having had the pleasure of dealing with Carl Ekholm a number of years ago (yes, at another dealership!) it was a no brainer as to where I wanted to go when it came to looking for a new car.
