We had two major issues with our Genesis and have no dealerships in Northern New Hampshire. Luckily I found Irwin Hyundai in Laconia. Called and got an appointment. This trip they diagnosed the probl dealerships in Northern New Hampshire. Luckily I found Irwin Hyundai in Laconia. Called and got an appointment. This trip they diagnosed the problems and told me they would order the parts. A week later got the call to return to the dealership for the repairs. Returned and problems were repaired very quickly. Service personnel very friendly and professional. Definitely will recommend this dealership to others! More

I hate nothing more than dealing with the annoying process of buying a car. After years of hating most dealerships I have worked with, I found a really great one and made a promise to never go anywhe process of buying a car. Well, then I wanted a Hyundai Pallisades during a pandemic, plant shutdown and chip shortage. Begrudgingly, I realized that my "go to" dealer could not get me the car I wanted and so began the search. After visiting numerous dealerships and dealing with the most annoying salespeople, I saw that Irwin had the exact Pallasides I wanted. It surely wasn't convenient driving to Laconia two days in a row from where I live, and since I'm a MA resident, buying from a NH dealer and registering a car is never quick and easy. However, I could not be happier with my experience and really appreciate the honesty and welcoming feeling I had while working with Chris Branch. He took the time to show me every bell and whistle for the car I was looking at, pleasantly engaged with my 10-year -old son and never made me feel pressured. He gave me his full attention while I was there and even after I had purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend Irwin and Chris! I love my new car...thanks!!! :) More

Absolutely loved our experience at Irwin Hyundai. They were welcoming and not pushy. They were also very knowledgeable and clear when comparing vehicles and the costs/rebates/etc. I also appreciated how were welcoming and not pushy.
