We started out a little rough. My husband and I entered the dealership and waited for some time before approaching someone who looked as if they worked there and asked for a salesperson. I was actually thinking of leaving the dealership when no one approached us for so long but am glad we did not leave .Once David DeGrace was sent over to assist us, all went GREAT! David was a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive and made sure to ask alot of questions as to what we were looking for in our purchase. David was great at the whole process, right down to the delivery of our "new" used car. He did not rush through just to get us out the door. He spent the time to truely explain how the options worked in the vehicle. I believe David made this a positive experience. I will most definately send people to deal with David!
