From the first phone call with Howard Cullen to the moment he sent me off in my new truck after a thorough and very helpful explanation of the controls inside the cab, my experience at Irwin could not have been better. The first thing I really appreciated about Howard as compared to the other sales people who contacted me after my online search (that I guess alerts Toyota dealers in my area?) is that he was not trying to hurry me up to make a decision or push me in any way. Instead, his approach was one of service to the customer, asking how he could help and listening and offering useful information for me. Conversely, a sales person from a different dealership was sending me pictures of trucks on her lot and saying things like, "You better hurry up because this one will be gone soon!" I quickly chose Irwin and Howard as the dealership and the salesman that I wanted to work with. Howard was professional, kind, helpful, and very knowledgable about Toyota trucks, did a great job of helping me connect with my insurance company to add the new truck to my policy, and in every way took great care of me. Dennis in Finance was super helpful as well, efficient, and professional. The overall vibe I get from Irwin is these folks are there to help the customer, and so I will not hesitate to return to Irwin for any and all car needs in the future, and I will surely recommend Irwin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
