I get great service from Salesperson Seamus McNally and from the service department. Not so much from Toyota Financial and my auto insurer The Hartford. Toy Fin kept asking for letter of verification that from the service department. Not so much from Toyota Financial and my auto insurer The Hartford. Toy Fin kept asking for letter of verification that the hartford was actually going to pay for the total loss on my '24 tundra which caused unnecessary delays and stress. My only complaint about the dealership is that after 20 yrs and 7 or 8 toyota veicles between my wife Susan and my 4 tundras, that there doesn't seem to be a lot of loyal customer "perks". Like I wanted to upgrade the tires on the new Tacoma to good quality winter tires and hoping they would be "thrown in" to sweeten the deal. Instead the best they could do was offer a $150 discount on the winter tires. that cost an additionl $890. I do realize margins are very tight iin this business but was hoping for abit more. ottom line is, susan and I will be back for more business in the future. More

Extremely disappointing experience at Irwin Toyota in Laconia. On Friday, Nov 28, 2025, I spoke with Chris Irwin about a Toyota RAV4 Limited (white) and was quoted an out-the-door price of $39,320 (in Laconia. On Friday, Nov 28, 2025, I spoke with Chris Irwin about a Toyota RAV4 Limited (white) and was quoted an out-the-door price of $39,320 (including all taxes and fees). On Sunday, Nov 30, I drove almost an hour with my wife and two small children to the dealership, hoping to finalize the purchase that day. I met Keith Osowski, who told me that the lowest price he could offer was $38,500 + $699 fee. I made it very clear multiple times that we were talking about the RAV4 Limited, not the XLE Premium, and he confirmed this. After leaving for lunch, I came back the same afternoon ready to buy the car if the price was $38,000 + $699 fee. I told Keith very clearly: “If you can do that, I’ll buy it right now — just tell me yes or no.” Instead of giving a straight answer, he started asking for my driver’s license, phone number, and email, then handed me a paper to sign — supposedly to “move forward with the deal.” When I looked at it, I realized that the price written on the paper was much higher than what we had discussed. It was a completely different number, around $39,600, and I immediately refused to sign. Even after that, he continued acting as if the deal was moving forward — he didn’t clearly say whether he agreed to $38,000 or not. He then took me to look at a black RAV4 Limited (black interior) and even asked about my current car insurance, making it seem like the sale was still happening. But once we sat back down, he completely changed his story. He told me that the $38,000 or $38,500 price we discussed earlier was actually for the Premium trim, not the Limited, and that the real price was $39,600+. At that point, I felt deceived, frustrated, and disrespected. The way he tried to get me to sign paperwork with a higher price than what we agreed on — without saying a word about it — was completely unacceptable. This entire process wasted almost my entire Sunday, my only day off, and caused unnecessary stress for me and my family after driving nearly an hour to get there. I left without signing because I refuse to buy a car from a dealership that doesn’t keep its word and tries to mislead customers into signing something they never agreed to. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Toyota dealership. I’m sharing this so that others can learn from my experience: Always get every quote in writing, read every document carefully before signing, and don’t let anyone pressure or trick you into agreeing to something different than what was promised. I truly hope no one else has to go through the same frustration and wasted time that I did. More
