Bob Travers made my life easy First off, Irwin Automotive had the best prices in the Northeast, evident by the face I traveled over 4 hours to pick up my new truck. This was my first new vehicle purchase, and Bob Travers eliminated all cars salesmen stereotypes that I thought I would encounter. Bob never tried to talk me into anything I did not want, he was very responsive and helped make the deal happen. Honestly, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I think I will ever have. Bob is a great guy, and has definitely cemented me as an Irwin customer for the next time I need a vehicle. Additionally there was a miscommunication on my behalf with the Accessories department, and I ended up with a Tonneau cover that I did not want. I called and Jessica Rando from Accessories worked with me to fix it, and I ended up mailing the Tonneau cover to her, and the new one that I intended to get was delivered to my house. Great all around team effort by Irwin, it's a great place to go. More

The dealership offers on-line opportunities for buying and servicing with ease. Monthly service special coupons coupled with personal advising and accounting as well as follow-up contact makes this dealership absolutely tops. Service appointments are made on-line with confidence. My service advisor, Lloyd Miles, takes pride in doing his job well. He pleasantly greets me in the early morning as I drop off the car and reviews carefully the work order request. Dominick is steadfast professional and personable as he shuttles me to work nearby. I am called or texted when the car is ready as well as if anything not safe is found during inspection. After a long day at work for the service advisors, they always stay pleasant and personable to all customers. Lloyd always takes particular care in accounting for my service charges. I have never experienced a stomach ache going to or leaving from my experiences at Irwin. They sold me as a life long customer! More
