Truly Exceptional Service Our Toyota RAV4 was part of a recall for excessive oil consumption. It was an extensive process to repair. Parts could not be ordered until the selected parts were taken off the vehicle. Some of the replacement parts were not immediately available. We were provided with a rental vehicle the day we brought the vehicle in. Steve Barbour was the Service Writer with whom we dealt. He was truly exceptional. He is so friendly and pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the way regarding delivery of parts and time frames. When we realized the vehicle registration needed to be renewed and the vehicle needed to be inspected, he arranged that for us. We highly recommend the service at the Irwin Zone and Steve Barbour.
