He kept me updated through out the whole process, and when it finally arrived, it was everything I had requested and more! Their Internet specialist, Jeff Wildoner, handled our initial inquiry professionally, courteously, and expeditiously, turning us quickly over to salesman David DeGrace who took us through the rest of the process in exactly the same manner. From initial inquiry until we drove our new car off the lot, the entire process took us four (4) days, and we got exactly the car that we wanted. USAA helped to establish the vehicle's price, Irwin gave us a fair trade-in on our used car, and Toyota made the experience even more enjoyable with zero (0) per cent financing. All of the staff at Irwin who worked with us were cheerily personable and knew their respective jobs cold. Dave did the bulk of the work with us and could not have been more friendly or effective. I have already recommended Irwin to a family member and would certainly recommend them to others who were shopping for a new car. More
