They constructed a fantastic deal for us, with a very generous trade-in value on a car that needed a LOT of work. With impatient kids in tow, Bob, Gene, and everyone else we dealt with during the process were patient, friendly, understanding, and went out of their way to make the paperwork process as smooth and quick as possible. This is now our 3rd buy/lease from Irwin. We didn't even consider going to another dealership, and at the price we got our new car for, we won't be considering anyone else the next time around, either. More

My sales agent, once again, was Bob Travis, and I'm writing to express what a satisfying experience it I just bought my 2nd Camry from Irwin Toyota. My sales agent, once again, was Bob Travis, and I'm writing to express what a satisfying experience it is working with Bob and the Irwin team. You hear a lot of auto dealer ads claiming no pressure, no gimmicks, no bait and switch, , but Bob is the only sales agent I've met who truly meets these standards. Most importantly, Bob does a great job of listening to his customers and understanding their situation - needs and wants - before discussing vehicles, whether to lease or buy, and structuring financing/payment options. My wife and I spent several months debating which car to trade in and which vehicle we needed. We could not agree as we had several competing issues to sort through. When we finally went in to Irwin Toyota, Bob quickly and smoothly helped us prioritize what we needed and what made sense for us, while at the same time appreciating the non-business side (emotional) of buying a brand new vehicle. Its a truly a pleasure working with Bob Travis. Similarly, the financing process at Irwin was refreshingly easy and straightforward. Again, there is no pressure. Financing options and vehicle add-ons are fully and fairly presented,. There is no hard up-sell. And most importantly, they process is quick. More

Almost perfect We bought a new 2013 Camry LE Hybrid at Irwin's Toyota and Scion last October. I found the car on the internet and they were very helpful on the phone We bought a new 2013 Camry LE Hybrid at Irwin's Toyota and Scion last October. I found the car on the internet and they were very helpful on the phone. They emailed me a guaranteed price and there was a 0% financing deal and a $1000 Toyota rebate. It was the best price that I had gotten by far. Unfortunately, I live in Connecticut and Irwin's is in New Hampshire. After reading glowing reviews of the dealership and getting as many written assurances and documents as I could get from the sales staff, I emailed them back a signed sales agreement, gave them a deposit on my credit card, and arranged to drive the almost 3 hours each way to pick up the car with my wife. It took a little longer than I expected to get all the paperwork done but they were true to their word on the deal. The only uncomfortable part was the meeting with the finance representative who pitched the Toyota extended warranty. He pushed hard and was clearly unhappy that we weren't going to buy one. It was the only less than pleasant part to that point of dealing with Irwin's. But we left with a beautiful new Camry Hybrid and a terrific price. The only other difficulty was when we got back home to register the car in CT and pay the sales tax. Some of the paperwork that Irwin's had provided us with to document the price of the car was not clear enough to the CT DMV and we had to get Irwin's back on the phone and have them fax the CT DMV additional documentation to get us registered. I was at DMV for about 3 hours because of the problem. But again, other than those 2 less than pleasant problems, which is why I deducted a point from the "Quality of Work" and another point from "Overall Experience", the dealership and almost all of the staff there were extremely helpful and we got a car we are very happy with at a great price. We highly recommend them. More

Geoff is an experienced salesman who has a low pressure approach. He treats you like a human-being and not just a number. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and doesn't rush through the information. He also doesn't tell customers only what they want to hear. We did our homework before deciding to trade and found Geoff to be in our ballpark of figures. This tells us that it is not all about the money. For Geoff and the others at Irwin Toyota, it is about making sure they have customers who are happy with their experience, vehicle and service. It is a good old fashion way of doing business and one that earns them a great reputation. They know that by treating customers well, they will be back. We sure will be. Great Buying Experience I walk into Irwin Toyota looking to purchase a new car and Jon Beaudette greeted me at the door. He was very nice and I felt comfortable talking to him about my needs. My credit score is absolutely terrible and I told Jon this and he pulled up a copy of my credit report. Jon told me he could work with it. In my head I didn't truely believe I could get a loan for a brand new car and at a good rate. I had been to other dealerships and either got told to put 5,000 down, 24% interest rate, or told there is nothing we can do. Jon helped me pick out a car and test drive it. Finance offered me a 16% rate and I told Jon that was too high. He went back to the finance department to talk to them. He came back out ten minutes later and I was offered a great deal. Irwin paid off my trade, only asked me for 1,000 down (to help with my financing terms), and they gave me full financing at a 2.9% interest rate! Thank you to Jon Beaudette and Dennis from the finance department, you guys stood up to the big lender and got me a deal I couldn't refuse. I will be going back the next time I need a car. More

Howard returned and in a matter of an hour we had taken a test drive, and talked briefly about numbers. Howard took note of the specifics we were interested in and although it was not currently available on the lot, we left Sunday confident that we would be able to return Monday or Tuesday and finish the deal. Howard was great about the level of communication during our 3-day process. He kept in touch without being a pain. We got the vehicle we wanted for the monthly payment we asked for.
