Irwin made this experience a complete breeze and a sincere joy. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bob Travers, who was professional and timely in all our communications. He took the time to answer all my questions and to explain unfamiliar processes to me. I drove to Laconia from Boston after work to test drive the car, and by the end of the evening, I was so hungry. Bob pulled a bunch of snacks out for me to sustain me while I filled out the paperwork. The only reason I didn't give the overall experience 5 stars was because this used car had a broken air conditioner that was not caught upon the service inspection. I had to take it to the dealership in Boston and fixing it was covered under my warranty, thankfully. However, this still remains an almost perfect review, which is amazing for buying a used car from a dealership! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! More

Loyal Customers We had an old car in for service, and the cost to fix it was more that what it was worth. So we talked to Gene and Bob about our options. In addition to servicing all our cars at Irwin, we bought and leased our previous two cars there. They constructed a fantastic deal for us, with a very generous trade-in value on a car that needed a LOT of work. With impatient kids in tow, Bob, Gene, and everyone else we dealt with during the process were patient, friendly, understanding, and went out of their way to make the paperwork process as smooth and quick as possible. This is now our 3rd buy/lease from Irwin. We didn't even consider going to another dealership, and at the price we got our new car for, we won't be considering anyone else the next time around, either. More

My sales agent, once again, was Bob Travis, and I'm writing to express what a satisfying experience it is working with Bob and the Irwin team. You hear a lot of auto dealer ads claiming no pressure, no gimmicks, no bait and switch, , but Bob is the only sales agent I've met who truly meets these standards. Most importantly, Bob does a great job of listening to his customers and understanding their situation - needs and wants - before discussing vehicles, whether to lease or buy, and structuring financing/payment options. My wife and I spent several months debating which car to trade in and which vehicle we needed. We could not agree as we had several competing issues to sort through. When we finally went in to Irwin Toyota, Bob quickly and smoothly helped us prioritize what we needed and what made sense for us, while at the same time appreciating the non-business side (emotional) of buying a brand new vehicle. Its a truly a pleasure working with Bob Travis. Similarly, the financing process at Irwin was refreshingly easy and straightforward. Again, there is no pressure. Financing options and vehicle add-ons are fully and fairly presented,. There is no hard up-sell. And most importantly, they process is quick. More
