We have purchased 8 Vehicles since 1995 from Irwin Automotive, Ford Pickups & Toyota cars. My last two cars 2005 & 2014 Toyota's, I purchase from Scott Hayward. He took the time to make sure all the T's were crossed and that I understood every thing about the new 2014 Venza I just purchase 9/30/2013. He kept contact while we were waiting for the car to come in. He contacted me 10/3/2013 to check if I had any questions. Scott also did pare my IPhone with the Venza's on board system, and offered to help me with the InTunes set up. Scott has been there to answer all questions and still after the purchase is still there to help. I would not go anywhere else then Irwin Automotive and Scott Hayward to Purchase a car or truck! I was in the market to finding a new car. Now my parents have purchased their cars from Irwin's so I figured that I would go online to check out what they had for used inventory since I really was not looki have purchased their cars from Irwin's so I figured that I would go online to check out what they had for used inventory since I really was not looking for a brand new car. I found one that I was interested in so I asked my parents to go down to look at it to see if it was something that I would like since I was not in NH that day. They went down and talked with the salesman that they both purchased their two Toyotas from Michael Huckins. They talked with him and gave him my info since I really liked what I saw online. He called and we talked. He even had my parents take the car for a ride so they could tell me what they thought of it. His customer service was great answering all my questions since a lot of the business was done over the phone. There was no pressure like some car dealerships give you once you step on their lot. A deposit was placed and I went down this past weekend with my fiancé to purchase this car. Thanks Michael and the rest of the crew that made this a painless and fun day for us. More

Our Salesperson, Geoff Cunningham, made us feel welcome and not rushed, he was percise and knowlegable about the vehicle we were looking for. We then worked with Betty Balentyne to do some paperwork, and again she was helpful and forthcoming with figures about both our trade-in and the purchase of our new car. The day of pick- up, it was an extremely busy day at the dealership, but everyone took their time to make things run smoothely, from Geoff to Josh, the financial person. We couldn't have been happier. We would definitely recommend Irwin Toyota to our friends if they were in the market for a new vehiclle. More
