When I was shopping for a newer vehicle I wanted to make sure it was a certified used. I looked at Irwin Toyota because they had a couple of trucks I was looking at. Mike Sullivan was/is a super sales man and met all my expectations. Also returned phone calls in a timely manner and has been working very hard at meeting certain needs as far getting certain items replaced or repaired. I was having problems with my brakes and Ray Landry made sure I was able to bring my car in the same day so I did not drive dangerously. Ray really takes the time to know his customers! He truly has a customer service personality. I did not have the funds to spend a lot of money today so the Service Technician was able to safely repair my car for now. I will hopefully have a job soon and be able to complete the repairs needed. Maybe Irwin's will become my new employer and my Corolla can be repaired while I work, lol.
