I just want to let everyone know that the Service and Sales at Irwin is outstanding. My family has dealt with Irwin for many years. The 2006 Toyota Corrolla I bought has over 105K miles on it and still running great. The attention to detail at the service department has lead me in the direction to consider purchasing another car at Irwin in the future. There are other people that work in the weekend service department other than the names I mentioned. Alway courteous and show a genuine concern for the customer. They never pressure anything but guide you in the direction and make you feel comfortable in the decisions. This is a quality that should be recognized. I have known Steve Haywood since High School and his friendliness and personality has never changed. Wayne is always looking out for the customer and always friendly. This is the best car dealership I have ever used. The price I got on my RAV was excellent, and the scheduled services have gone quickly and without surprises. Irwin Motors has always, I have been dealing with them for 30+years, gone out of their way to do business in a fair and friendly manner. I have purchased 3 cars from them, a Thunderbird, Taurus and a Priu for 30+years, gone out of their way to do business in a fair and friendly manner. I have purchased 3 cars from them, a Thunderbird, Taurus and a Prius, and have always had fast and curteous service. I recently brought my daughter in to purchase a new Prius. She had a trade in that was is an upside down equity position since it was a gas guzzler. The staff at Irwins worked for 4 hours to see that the numbers "worked" and that financing could be worked out in a time of little or no credit. I would rate them 5 out of 4 stars for excellence.
