We recently had the pleasure to buy a car from Irwin Zone Toyota in Laconia NH. David Nims has sold us 4 cars and of course we wanted him as our sales agent. When we arrived Dave had a number of cars ready to look at because he knows what we like. Dealing with Dave, is like dealing with an old friend and the people of Irwin Zone make you feel like family. Laurie in the finance department was very helpful and answered any questions we had regarding the other products like an extended warranty. She is an asset. Not only do you get personal service in sales, they also have an outstanding service department. They must because we travel over 30 miles for an oil change. Our daughter and son-in-law have both purchased cars for Irwin, and they also have recommended their friends pay a visit. So all and all, only goods things happen at the Irwin Zone. As far as we are concerned, they have customers for life. Keep up the good work. More

I feel from sales to service this dealership is top notch and very professional. Whenever I bring my car in for service I am treated as a friend rather than just a customer. The service "check in desk" greets you always with a smile and prompt service, comes out to the waiting room to describe a problem they encounter or let you know your car is ready. They seem to go out of their way to make me a happy customer. The added perks of a free car wash and local gift certificates are an added bonus, your car is driven right to the door for you. There is even a friendly atmosphere in the waiting room, also recommendations are made as to what to expect on future service, for example tire wear etc. that was never mentioned at other dealerships. I feel they are honest and I always drive home feeling confident in the service I received now and in the future. I drive a significant amount of miles per day and having peace of mind on the road means a lot to me. More

The 2006 Toyota Corrolla I bought has over 105K miles on it and still running great. The attention to detail at the service department has lead me in the direction to consider purchasing another car at Irwin in the future. There are other people that work in the weekend service department other than the names I mentioned. Alway courteous and show a genuine concern for the customer. They never pressure anything but guide you in the direction and make you feel comfortable in the decisions. This is a quality that should be recognized. I have known Steve Haywood since High School and his friendliness and personality has never changed. Wayne is always looking out for the customer and always friendly.
