I needed my State Inspection done. I telephoned the Irwin Zone service department and an appointment was set up. I arrived and spoke with Ray (Don't know last name). I asked to have my battery checked as well and was informed that it was part of the inspection service. He offered me a ride home which I declined because I live only a half mile away. He telephoned my home when the work was completed, well short of the four hours quoted. I picked up my vehicle and paid the cashier. I was given a complementary car wash cupon. I'm usually negative about getting service based on experiences with other service centers. Was not the case at Irwin! I was greeted in a friendly manner, was explained how long it would take, was gi experiences with other service centers. Was not the case at Irwin!
