I live 79 miles from Irwin, yet I go there for all my services--including most of my oil changes--because I trust this dealership to do repairs that I don't have to second guess or worry about. Recently, while driving, two of my indicator lights came on. I called the dealer. They gave me two common reasons this occurs and told me how to check to ensure that I didn't waste a trip for nothing. When neither of those solutions worked, they squeezed my service into their schedule and got me right in. They also assured me that my car was not dangerous to drive and that driving would not harm the engine. Once there, they diagnosed the problem immediately (a faulty thermostat) and repaired it. The diagnosis, repair, and an oil change and inspection only took three hours. In addition, Irwin has a loyalty program that allows customers to accrue dollar credit for repair work. On my last visit, I was able to deduct the $52. credit I had accrued from the cost of the work. (This is infinitely better in the current economy than giving me a gas card or a box of donuts, or, as some dealers do, credit toward the purchase of another car. I also received a coupon for a free car wash right up the street. The waiting room at the dealership is large, with a lot of chairs, free coffee (although tea would be a nice addition), snacks in a vending machine, and a large television. There is also a large table, which if unoccupied, is good for those with laptops or paperwork to do. The only thing missing are a few small side tables to rest beverages, papers, and work in progress on. I have always been satisfied with this dealership and have never had to bring my car back to complain about a repair or the condition of the car when I got it back. More
We have purchased our last five vehicles from Irwins and are all pleased with the sale and service experience. It is nice to go to a dealership and not be treated as just a number. I went to Irwin Toyota because my rear wiper was severely out of line. I didnt have an appointment but took the chance that someone would be able to help me. I was right. I told the agent what my problem was and within 15 minutes they had my Sienna in the garage and were correcting the problem. I also told them that I wanted new wiper blades on the front and back. Less than 20 minutes later my van was ready. An agent came out to get me and I was writing out a check and he said you wont need that. I checked your advantage points and there was enough to cover the charge so you're all set to go. This is why I buy all my cars at Irwin's. The cars are great and the service is even better. They do whatever they have to to insure you are satisfied. Even without a scheduled appointment they still treated me as though I did have one. Thank you. More

Had one of the original Tundra's from Irwin and aware of the dependability provided. Was looking for service dept. with courtesy, flexibility and mechanic expertise and as mentioned dependability. Feel we have found it with Irwin. Our Tacoma purchase was handled in respect to our function and needs without any type of sales hype but willing to go above and beyond as much as possible in what we feel is a genuine and professional manner. Kudos to Irwin. More

Toyota recently repurchased my '02 Tacoma due to a catastrophic frame rust problem. Salesman David Nims actually suggested that the Base model with options might be better suited to us (senior citizens) than the Sport model that I was originally interested in, and he was absolutely right. I have historically been quite cynical regarding automobile dealers, but this purchase experience erased any apprehension. David and Betty Ballantyne were very pleasant to deal with, and I came away not only satisfied, but also very well pleased with my new RAV4 - it should be called a "Really Awesome Vehicle"! I would not hesitate to recommend Toyota and, in particular, Irwin Toyota to anyone! More
In August 2007 I met Matt in the new car lot. I told him I was interested in a Sienna and I would be buying in April 2008. Glenn knew I was doing business with Matt, but anyway he got keys and showed me all the features of the Highlander. In February Al Faro got involved and it wasn't long before we had settled on a fair trade. The Parts Department, body shop and service have been very helpful and friendly. The service department must be starving--it's been almost a year and I haven't had to return for service other then a oil and filter change and tire rotation. More

Irwins was always supportive, but never pushy like most dealers. When I first went to look for cars, there was a foot of snow on the ground. I knew that I wouldn't have the money to buy a car until the following summer, but that didn't stop Rick John from cleaning off four cars, just so I could test a few out. Throughout the next few months Rick John kept in touch, always being supportive answering my questions, and never trying to push a car or purchase on me. The actual purchasing of the car was 1,000 times easier than I ever imagined it could be. Irwin's got the car I wanted and sold it to me for the price I could handle. Irwin's has kept in touch to see how I am enjoying my car and their service center is quickly, complete, and easy. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. More

DO NOT try to have things done that do not need to be done or will give a time-line when things that will need to be done in the future. The waiting area is comfortable with a TV and complimentary beverages. More
