He did not try to get us to drive all the way to the dealership (45 miles or so) to see or talk about something that we were not interested in...much appreciated. Service Department employees are always courteous,friendly, helpful, and honest,'right up front', with detailed explanations of required work provided both verbally and in writing. Friendly reminders, of periodic auto service needs are sent in writing, right on schedule. I have a '93 Camry and an '02 Highlander, and I always have both Toyotas serviced at Irwin Toyota. They also have a wonderful Owner Protection Program that credits money back toward future service work, and new Tires purchased at Irwin include free rotation with every other oil change! I recommnend Irwin Toyota to anyone considering purchasing a car, new or used, because my experience as both a buyer and a service dept. customer has been very positive. My wife and I have been doing business with Irwin Motors for many years and have always been pleased with the quality of their workmanship.
