Impersonal. Get on the conveyor belt and buy a car. Acted liked they were doing us a favor taking our money to buy a truck. Didn't want to answer questions. Rushed us. Between the time we started inquiring about the truck and came to buy, the dealership dropped the price by a lousy $168. The salesman said that "this was a mistake but they would honor the price." We had expected to go home with this truck but changed our minds after trying to work with them and seeing that the truck had not been detailed properly or gone over in the shop right. More
