A few suggestions: might it be easier and quicker for us to go look at the vehicles instead of having the vehicles brought to us, one by one? And the woman who offered us "options" to the car was terribly unhelpful...just laid a tablet of choices in front of us and offered little advice. So, we turned them all down. But, Glenn did the job for us and we are very satisfied and grateful. More
