Laconia is a 1.5 hour drive for me so the quality of my interaction with the dealer had to be first rate from the first contact to the potential point of purchase. I was not disappointed. The vehicle was there to test drive as promised, my sales person Howard Cullen was knowledgeable and professional, and the negotiation and final price were reasonable. I did not experience the usual high sales pressure tactics at the time of purchase (eg to use their financing). Just so you know, I did not have a trade-in so can’t comment on that. More
