Excellent buying experience I found the truck I’d been looking for online at Irwin Ford in New Hampshire I’m from Pennsylvania about a 9 hour drive one way. I dealt with Amanda G I found the truck I’d been looking for online at Irwin Ford in New Hampshire I’m from Pennsylvania about a 9 hour drive one way. I dealt with Amanda Gilbert online and over the phone the deal seemed to good to be true from what I’ve been dealing with locally so we made the trip. Once we got to the dealership we met salesman Josh Hebert. we took the truck for a test drive and was happy with the truck so next came the appraisal of my trade which was estimated with Amanda until seen. I expected to be low balled but this wasn’t the case what so ever the numbers where exactly the same as over the phone. So we made the deal and then the bad news Irwin ford didn’t get the title back yet so I was like i knew this was 2 good to be true and I didn’t have the time to drive back anytime soon. Josh went and talked to the manager and offered to deliver the truck right to my door when title arrived nine hours away. I took delivery of my truck Thursday and have been very happy so far. Josh Herbert was very responsive and willing to awnser any questions as they popped up. I will certainly make the drive to Irwin ford again when in the market to buy a new car. Just seems a nice Honest Dealership. More

He kept the potentially stressful experience relaxed and easy. When I decided to head for home to think about my options, he was patient and did not press. Geoff is very knowledgeable about the cars that he sells, and I felt comfortable purchasing my car through him. When I came back later to pick up my vehicle, he unexpectedly took the time to sync my phone, set my home address in the navigation app, and walk me through the rest of the setup and use of the Etune system.
