Excellent service and polite people Jeremy was our salesperson and he was a patient guy. I was looking for deals for 2018 Camry XSE, fortunately was able to get deal for 2019 Camry XSE. They located it for me and got it delivered within 8 days. Overall my experience was nice, was little bit sad as my trade-in car had negative equity as well as went out of budget but didn't matter as somehow i was happy with the new search. Jeremy and team helped me go through my requirements in a new car and help me locate kind of same car i was looking for. I love the dual tone and features my new car. Used Rav4 - good selection and good pricing I bought a used 2015 Rav4 from Michelle Whitney at Irwin Toyota. It was a pleasure working with her and Dennis in finance to buy this car. I had to I bought a used 2015 Rav4 from Michelle Whitney at Irwin Toyota. It was a pleasure working with her and Dennis in finance to buy this car. I had to drive over an hour and a half to get to Irwin but the selection and the pricing makes the drive worth while. They had the car that I wanted at a very fair price. My only complaint is the cost of the dealer documentation fee. I know most dealers charge them, but I think it's too high. After all what does the consumer get in value for the fee? A full tank of gas, the state inspection and some paperwork filled out? Not much value for $522. This is the second car I have purchased at Irwin and I'll probably come back for more. More

Well, the fo Recently I took my wife's RAV4 in for service under an insurance claim. Just the mention of insurance probably makes people cringe right? Well, the folks at Irwin Toyota's Service Dept. did a fantastic job handling everything. They made it simple and they're good communicators of what exactly needs to happen or is going to be done to your vehicle. They do a great job with communicating with the insurance company and/or appraisers through the process. To make things even easier they have an Enterprise rental car right next door! The customers satisfaction is super high on their priority list. I would definitely recommend using them if you run into a similar problem with your vehicle. Kudos to Irwins Service Dept., well done guys! More
