I met Howard my salesperson an hour before closing on a Saturday afternoon...he stayed late allowing me to test drive the Tacoma. Howard was friendly, no-pressure and knowledgeable...taking the time to explain the truck's features. Transaction went smoothly ... including the financing end took less than an hour.
