I have to say it was by far the best experience I've had at any Toyota Dealership. Michelle Whitney was able to work with me and was able to beat anyone else's price. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel at ease and she didn't pressure me to buy. Michelle was able to get me my Highlander at the price and interest rate I could afford. After 10 months of driving a car that kept having problems, I had to have a new engine put in. Needless to say I was pretty soured on the car buying experience. Well never again. The only place my husband and I will ever go is Irwin Autozone in Laconia N.H.. I was first drawn to Irwin by their very competitive prices and further by their Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. From the time my husband and I walked through the door our Salesman Scott Hayward was right there by our side. No question was left unanswered; he took the time to go over all the vehicle info, even demonstrating all the fancy options. We got there at 9 am and at 12 noon while waiting to meet with the financing dept. we were pleasantly surprised to be served pizza by Scott.
