After 10 months of driving a car that kept having problems, I had to have a new engine put in. Needless to say I was pretty soured on the car buying experience. Well never again. The only place my husband and I will ever go is Irwin Autozone in Laconia N.H.. I was first drawn to Irwin by their very competitive prices and further by their Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. From the time my husband and I walked through the door our Salesman Scott Hayward was right there by our side. No question was left unanswered; he took the time to go over all the vehicle info, even demonstrating all the fancy options. We got there at 9 am and at 12 noon while waiting to meet with the financing dept. we were pleasantly surprised to be served pizza by Scott.
