When I arrived Howard was not there but another salesman called him at home and he was there within 15 minutes. We agreed on a vehicle on a Thursday and went back the following Monday to complete the purchase. The experience from start to finish was easy and without any xx that I have encountered at other dealerships. I was looking to trade in my 2015 Ford Focus for a BEAUTIFUL blue 2018 Toyota Camry XSE and they made it happen. Who can complain about a 5% decrease in their interest rate?? When it was time to sign my life away Dennis made it quick and painless, and Erik was awesome in helping me set my phone up in the new car and go over everything it had to offer me. Good service 25 month free service they changed oil and rotated the tires. Glue releasing on wheel flare. Have t go back for that fix. Mostly Good I made an appointment for our 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid to get an inspection sticker and oil change. They informed me that I had a bad tire (due to I made an appointment for our 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid to get an inspection sticker and oil change. They informed me that I had a bad tire (due to an alignment issue). Unfortunately, they did not have a tire in stock so now I must return again to complete the job. One would think that such a large dealership would have more inventory of tires. So now I need to schlep back again to complete the work. More
