After a low-key appeal by Shawn Santore, we were inclined to see what else they might offer us (options, defined pricing, and trade-in value). Despite his being new to the sales department, Shawn answered our questions and consulted with others as needed. We are pleased with our purchase and would suggest buyers check out the new car opportunities at Irwin. My husband even put in a request for a low mileage used Highlander in the future. Hope they can find one for us that fits our budget. Would definitely return. More

Recall notice from Toyota. The Irwin Dealership was excellent. I made the appointment for Mar. 21. I inadvertently took it in on the 20th. I left the vehicle for the day. About 2.5 hours later Ed called to let me know it was ready and they had done a multi-point check and everything showed in the green as being good. New Toyota Highlander We were shopping for a new Highlander or Pilot. We were sent an excellent quote from Kristina at Irwin. When we went to Irwin in early March we were We were shopping for a new Highlander or Pilot. We were sent an excellent quote from Kristina at Irwin. When we went to Irwin in early March we were met by Dalton. Dalton had the paperwork on the quote and after taking us for a test drive and tallying up the extra cost options (body side moldings and tow package) we put a deposit on the Highlander we wanted. Dalton answered any questions and took us on a test drive. The car was supposed to be ready on Wednesday, however a major snow storm delayed shipment of the tow package from the Toyota Distributor. Dalton kept us informed and expedited the installation of the options and we were able to pick the car up on Friday afternoon. Dalton answered all of our questions and as a former mechanic was very knowledgeable in regards the mechanics of the vehicle. After an overview of our extended warranty options, etc. by Chris, we were on our way. There was no excessive effort to buy extra options and we were very satisfied with the purchasing process. Dalton was an excellent auto consultant. More
