Efficient and reliable just like a Toyota I have tried many Toyota service departments during my 40 years of owning Toyota automobiles. There are four dealerships within an hour from my house and I have tried them all. Irwin is my favorite. First of all, I have always been able to get an appointment within a few days. As soon as I walk in, they immediately acknowledge me, always with a smile. If they ever find a concern beyond what I came in for (like the mouse home in my filter found on my last visit.), they come into the waiting area to explain the concern and present any options, always leaving the choice up to me. I also appreciate the report card and explanation I get at the end of each visit, and the free car wash coupon! Twice I have dropped in without an appointment to inquire about a dash board warning light. Both times, they looked at the problem and made adjustments at no charge! Another time, I had an appointment to have them look at a noise in a tire. They came out in no time, to show me pebbles from my dirt road that had worked their way into a hubcap. Again, no charge. Those situations have given me confidence that Irwin's has integrity and will not overcharge me on other work that I may have to do in the future. The Irwin name is well-known and has been in the car and boat business in the Lakes Region for as long as I can remember. Years ago, I was unhappy with a situation, and started going to the other Toyota dealers in the area. After retiring 4 years ago, I decided to give Irwin's a try again, and have been 100% happy. More

Dennis Marhefka the financial manager was also extremely helpful getting my payments where I wanted Scott got me into a lease that i could afford and I walked out that day in a new car like I wanted. All others I contacted the high pressure sales hype started here but not at Irwin Automotive Group. Then when I met with Bob Travers at the Dealership everything was exactly as it was presented online and on the phone. It only took a couple of days for him to dealer search what we wanted, get it , and have it for us. At the closing Bob and Dennis Marhefka, the financial services manager, were up front, honest and no pressure to buy anything else after they presented what our options were. When we decided what we wanted to do it was handled very professionally and at super prices. Definitely call and see Bob Travers when in the market for a vehicle. More
