We delt with Howard Cullen, he was up front, with pricing, and made the process simple. We leased a Rav 4, no hard sell to upgrade, no add ons. We had made our decision and hate to be pressured into buying extra stuff that is cheaper away from the dealer. I had had a bad experience with Irwin many years ago, but this made up for it. More
