This was the first time I used Irwin Toyota and Howard Cullen was the sales person that helped. Howard was extremely patient, listened to what I was looking for and ballpark financing numbers. Howard came through and was able to sell me a beautiful Black Current RAV 4. I just got home with my new car and loved the drive. I'm looking forward to taking my new RAV 4 to Massachusetts this weekend and see the improved gas mileage over my last vehicle. Severe lack of Integrity A couple 2 to 3 years ago I had attempted to purchase a Tacoma after some discussion on the internet and recieving a sales flyer from them (my wife ha A couple 2 to 3 years ago I had attempted to purchase a Tacoma after some discussion on the internet and recieving a sales flyer from them (my wife had purchased a camry a few years prior and they were very easy to deal with). I showed up with the intentions of leaving with a new truck due to the price on the flyer. They had inspected and driven my trade in, cut Kelly Blue Book and NADA values in half (they said they have a special way to value used vehicles)before I even sat in the new truck. Then they told me they couldn't honor the flyer because they sell for more "it was a mistake" I promptly asked for my keys (it wasn't pretty) and left telling them that I don't deal with people like them. They felt compelled to call and make excuses each call getting higher up the chain of comand pointing fingers at the printer and that they have a tough time selling my F150. I tried to explain to each caller that I have no desire to deal with the caliber of people they represent, I don't want any flyers or internet adds (they are prone to mistakes, I guess they don't even check them, poor third party printers). Since my experience with them I have purchased 2 Toyota's Camry and Tacoma, and now I am starting to recieve internet adds again. WHAT PART OF NO DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND ? You folks would'nt even attempt to work with me and I have no use for YOU. Please leave me alone!! More

Excellent service, start to finish. From the first phone call with Howard Cullen to the moment he sent me off in my new truck after a thorough and very helpful explanation of the control From the first phone call with Howard Cullen to the moment he sent me off in my new truck after a thorough and very helpful explanation of the controls inside the cab, my experience at Irwin could not have been better. The first thing I really appreciated about Howard as compared to the other sales people who contacted me after my online search (that I guess alerts Toyota dealers in my area?) is that he was not trying to hurry me up to make a decision or push me in any way. Instead, his approach was one of service to the customer, asking how he could help and listening and offering useful information for me. Conversely, a sales person from a different dealership was sending me pictures of trucks on her lot and saying things like, "You better hurry up because this one will be gone soon!" I quickly chose Irwin and Howard as the dealership and the salesman that I wanted to work with. Howard was professional, kind, helpful, and very knowledgable about Toyota trucks, did a great job of helping me connect with my insurance company to add the new truck to my policy, and in every way took great care of me. Dennis in Finance was super helpful as well, efficient, and professional. The overall vibe I get from Irwin is these folks are there to help the customer, and so I will not hesitate to return to Irwin for any and all car needs in the future, and I will surely recommend Irwin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
