Bob is very knowledgeable about not only the Toyota fleet of cars, but Ford as well as other cars on their lot. We reviewed several lease options and found the right one that fit my budget. He was courteous, punctual, and pleasant to work with, making the process of ending one lease and beginning a new lease an absolute breeze. Great deal! I walked in late in the day without an appointment and asked for a salesperson. Scott Hayward was walking by and he became my salesman. I was interested in trading my 2010 Tacoma (purchased at Irwin's) for a 2016 Tacoma I had seen on Irwin's website. Scott located the truck I was interested in and we took it for a test drive. I was in pressed for time so I asked if he could work up a price with my trade and email it to me. The next morning I had the price and emailed him back that we had a deal. I picked up the truck the next day after work and Scott took the time to set up my cell phone with the truck Bluetooth and add my contacts so I was ready use my phone. Scott is a down to earth, easy going, no pressure guy. Great smooth transaction, the way it should be! More
