I was interested in trading my 2010 Tacoma (purchased at Irwin's) for a 2016 Tacoma I had seen on Irwin's website. Scott located the truck I was interested in and we took it for a test drive. I was in pressed for time so I asked if he could work up a price with my trade and email it to me. The next morning I had the price and emailed him back that we had a deal. I picked up the truck the next day after work and Scott took the time to set up my cell phone with the truck Bluetooth and add my contacts so I was ready use my phone.
