Shouldn't of gotten my hopes up.. i came here to lease a car . I left with a beautiful jeep but little did I know the jeep dealership was going to damage and not return my old lease ca i came here to lease a car . I left with a beautiful jeep but little did I know the jeep dealership was going to damage and not return my old lease car to Nissan. The level of incompetence amazes me. Every time I make a follow up call to jeep I'm left with no answers and promised a call back which is never received. I have been getting the run around for over 2 months now and I am extremely fed up. Time after time jeep has been reassuring me that the situation will be rectified to no avail. This has become a nightmare and wouldn't wish this issue on anyone. Left with no answers the problem is still ongoing. More

I want my 2 HOURS of my life back - WASTE OF TIME I went to the dealership for a vehicle I found online. I thought that their online price would be honored because it is in print. The kept me in the dealership for 2 hours, dancing around the price, model, color. I was told that the "new" ISLAND dealership is better than the old MANFREDI dealership because "we want to keep Staten Islanders on Staten Island. "There's no reason to shop in Jersey, we'll take care of you". When I finally got frustrated and requested my cars key back from being held hostage (an old trick the dealership's use to keep you from walking out) since they needed them to value my trade, we finally got down to price. "The price online is the price if you qualify for all the rebates, I you were in the military, if you previously purchased from us, if you had a lease to turn in, if you owned a competitors vehicle, blah blah blah". Of course the online price had only three rebates which were regular customer rebates. The only qualification was to be a "CUSTOMER". I recently purchased 3 cars in New Jersey and my next one will be purchased in New Jersey until a new ISLAND owner comes along and does what he says, gives a Staten Island a true deal without keeping you in the dealership until you scream "MERCY". More
