The service was very warm and I was quickly test driving the vehicle I was interested in, and all features and amenities were explained in detail by Sean. The process of negotiating the final financial deal was very accommodating and not filled with annoying pressure filled sales tactics, and I was offered a generous amount for my trade in. Refreshing Car Shopping Experience! Over the years, shopping around for cars left a bad taste in my mouth, having to haggle and constantly play tug of war with my wants and my wallet. This has certainly changed since my experience at Island Chrysler Jeep Dodge. First of all, not having to leave the Island and pay a toll is a gift. I don't like to travel as it is so knowing that I have such a variety of brands right at my doorstep is very comforting. Secondly, the customer service was excellent. I met with Michael Podell and he set me up with a really friendly and down to earth salesman, Sean Stevens. Sean thoroughly explained my options and what would benefit me most. He took his time with me and had me leaving with my Jeep Grand Cherokee the same night that I had initially just walked in to discuss my options. The transaction was smooth and painless and I am so happy with the overall experience. It is really great knowing I have a dealership here that really cares about the people. Not only did I leave with a great SUV but I left making new friends, friends I will visit again and again with friends and family because of how I was treated.
