Brought vehicle in for an engine light (vehicle not charging) as well as a vibration and noise when driving... Was told immediately by Service Advisor Anthony that it was a major issue and they would h charging) as well as a vibration and noise when driving... They have no loaner cars so he suggested renting a car and that I would be reimbursed. So I did what I was told... During the week I left 3 messages for Anthony regarding a status update on my vehicle and to just find out what was wrong... They were never returned. On day (7), still no word from dealership, I call to see what's going on because I had to return the rental car that day. That's when I am told the vehicle was ready for pick up. (No one even called me to let me know this, I had to call) I bring rental back then get dropped off at the dealership where again I talk to Anthony. He tells me that the car just needed a computer update... Seven days for a computer update?? I then gave him the bill from the rental company which I was under the impression when we spoke, he said that Jeep would take care of it so I assumed they would do that for their customer. He proceeds to tell me I have to call to get reimbursed for the rental and gives me a phone number to call. I already knew this was going to be an issue... On way home I realized that noise and vibration in peddle was still there and it obviously wasn't even addressed. Anthony gave me no paperwork stating what was actually done to the vehicle. I have been back and forth on the phone and via E-mail with Jeep Customer care where I have been getting the absolute run around, talking to over 20 different people, not one who speaks good English... of course. It's been a month now and I have got not one dime back from my 430.00 rental bill which the dealership told me would be taken care of. I call the dealership back again, where Anthony after telling him the issues I was having, just tells me to call the number he gave me back again and ask to speak to a Manager... so that "I can put this to bed"... Seriously??? I do call the number back, talk to an additional 3 different people to which the 3rd one tells me that I can't speak to a manager.... This is where I still stand... This was the 3rd leased vehicle in a row I have bought from this dealership... and it is absolutely. the LAST!!!! When I bought vehicle, my salesman Fabian was very nice so this review does not reflect on him... The Service Department is a joke. And good luck with Jeep Customer Care, that is an entirely different fraud... It takes a lot for me to get this upset, but I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this nonsense... More

Candice Steele is the best when you are in need of a loaner and anything else suitable for customers. During a visit to their location, I had to leave my car for several days and since I traveled (1) hour away, Mrs. Steele was so helpful with getting me a loaner while my car was being serviced. She was very considerate when I spoke to her and asked for a vehicle which would accommodate my height. Having her on your team is the right thing you've done. She listened, understood and made sure I was satisfied as well as comfortable before driving away. She was clear to explain everything so there wouldn't be any confusion down the line. The fact that she covered all the bases made it easier to walk away and not be surprised later. Her honesty will keep me as a customer who would recommend their location as many times as possible. I dropped my car off for a fuel pump relay recall on a Wednesday. The service advisor told me they would call me to let me know the status of my car by the end of the day. No call! No response! I called and was transferred to my service advisor Devon, and he never picked up. I left three messages and no return call. I sent several texts with no response. Three days later and several calls and voicemails left I finally got a hold of Devon who claimed to have called me several times, but I had no missed calls on my phone. Anyway, I picked up my car that day (Friday) with no work performed on it because the parts were on order. I will never take my car there again, nor will I visit the dealership when looking to purchase due to their unacceptable service practices! More

Friendly. Fast. Easy. Excellent service. I came in with no appointment for oil change. Guys took me in right away.
