Worst car buying experience ever I came to pick up the car on a Sunday and they gave me the car without a front license plate holder, without the GPS installed, without gas and with t I came to pick up the car on a Sunday and they gave me the car without a front license plate holder, without the GPS installed, without gas and with the paperwork completed wrong so I couldn't register my car for more than 10 days.. They made no effort to prep the car. The mats were still sealed and in the trunk. I drove the car away and two service warning lights came on, including one that said not to drive the car. Follow up from the salesman was awful. More

recalls and had to get corporate to let them see me. My car had numerous recalls and faulty electronics. When corporate wanted me to go here to verify that it was intact the car fiat service center said My car had numerous recalls and faulty electronics. When corporate wanted me to go here to verify that it was intact the car fiat service center said they had nothing for over a month. Funny how when corporate called minutes later i got an appointment for the next day. It always seems like this service center refuses to give appointments in the near future everything is weeks and weeks away no matter time of year. the people on the phone are rude and do not care about the customers. Horrible service and awful sales people Went in because i got an offer on the mail about trading in my car and or refinancing it. Talked to a very nice lady on the phone about this. When i came in the salesmen would not alert her that I was there to speak to that specific person. Instead told me this dealership does not do refinancing or anything like that after I was assured by the women on the phone they do. They would not let me see her told me that she was not in. Lying xxxxx. salesmen when i finally got on the phone with the woman she was livid about those salesmen and I can understand why. More

Ask for Freddy! Freddy, the salesperson was very helpful. He was straightforward, not pushy, listened, and found what we were looking for in the price range we wanted Freddy, the salesperson was very helpful. He was straightforward, not pushy, listened, and found what we were looking for in the price range we wanted to be in. We were able to buy the car but were not able to drive it home that day due to our insurance office being closed. So Jerry, the manager, offered to drive the vehicle to our home in New Jersey after insurance could be verified. That was quality customer service! They delivered the car in a timely manner and Freddy followed up with calls making sure we were satisfied with the delivery, service, and finance approval. I would recommend Island Fiat and I would recommend asking for Freddy Bosco! More
