My Element is over 20 years old so, of course, it’s not a surprise that it needed much needed replacements of parts. When I first took it in, there were loud sounds and steering shaking going on. Kyle, my se surprise that it needed much needed replacements of parts. When I first took it in, there were loud sounds and steering shaking going on. Kyle, my service advisor, guided me to what the problems were and gave me options of how I wanted to proceed. Although it was expensive, I made the choices to replace and make all the corrections, thus far. Still not completely done but, I can feel and hear the difference in my car as I drive it. Beats spending another $50,000 for a brand new car. I love my Element and I want to keep it as long as possible. I appreciate all the work the technicians put into correcting the malfunctions. They kept digging deeper to discover the cause of the malfunctions and fixed them. I’m almost done, I think. The car is like brand new in its under belly. Thank you, guys! More

The problem was not solved. My CarPlay is not working properly and it has nothing to do with verizon gliches as they thought it did. I will have to make another appointment.. t My CarPlay is not working properly and it has nothing to do with verizon gliches as they thought it did. I will have to make another appointment.. this is a brand new vehicle . the backup camera on the dash that has the CarPlay on it sometimes is completely black when I turn the car on and I cannot make it work. If I put the car in reverse the back up, camera comes on. Otherwise it does not work. I live 25 miles from the Honda dealership so every trip in takes up my whole day I would like this to be solved as soon as possible. This is a 2026 Honda HRV. I travel a lot across the island and I need my CarPlay to function properly so that I can communicate with with phone calls and messages More
